GINECHIP is a global leader in semiconductor wafer substrate distribution and advanced process services. Founded in 1999, we serve over 50 countries with precision-engineered substrates — from standard silicon to specialized compound semiconductors, glass, and coated wafers.
Our vertically integrated service model spans the entire wafer processing chain: substrate sourcing, dimensional customization, thin-film deposition, photolithography, etching, wafer bonding, bumping, RDL processing, laser marking, and wafer reclaim. This end-to-end capability eliminates multi-vendor logistics complexity and accelerates your time-to-tapeout.
